Archlead Learning Hub is committed to ensuring our tutees evolve into active learners whereby they become self-motivated and confident learners who enjoy taking up challenges and developing skills and progressive resilience required to be able to master their learning.
At the time of enrolment, tutees are offered a free self-assessment on their current level of Active Learning in Maths which enables them and their parents to know where their child is currently at in the band that ranges between passive and active learning. This helps the children identify and select their steps to make progress as active learners and the parents to understand how they can support their child through this.
In due course of time, we aim to develop independence, confidence in taking initiative, staying organised and building life skills such as problem-solving, good team working, and leadership in our tutees by giving them opportunities to practice these within small tutor groups on a regular basis.
