Tutees are encouraged to set short-term and long-term goals at the time of enrolment and termly to be able to measure their efforts and progress.
Learning how to learn is also an important aspect that we train our tutees on. They are given advice and support in keeping them organised and help is provided in creating a study timetable that best suits them best. This is done with the aid of a self-assessment on Active Learning at Archlead
Parents are actively included in this process so an effective trio among tutee, tutor and parents enable an effective system and work environment that makes learning as stressful yet achievable as much as possible.
